1. Placing an order
On the main page of the site there are products and categories, and in the upper left corner there is a Search option. Find the product you are interested in and add it to your cart, or click on the photo and you will be taken to a detailed description.
For pressed tea on the description page there is a drop-down list with a selection of weight - you can buy a whole disc/tuo cha/brick, or broken loose tea
If you have chosen everything you need, go to Cart in the upper right corner of the screen, check the order, if you have a coupon - enter it, and click “Checkout ”.
Enter First Name, Last Name, Phone and Email. If you have any special requests, please leave them in the “Notes” box.
Next, we will contact you within an hour to confirm the order.
2. Receiving an order
Our tea spot is open every day from 14:00 to 23:00. Once your order has been confirmed and collected, you will be able to pick it up at the address:
Yerevan, 27/1 Adamyan str. (from the right corner of the building behind the barrier)
3. Delivery in Yerevan
Delivery is possible within the city of Yerevan by prior agreement and payment by transfer to the card. Delivery is made using Yandex Taxi. In the note to the order, write the address to which you want to send the order.
When ordering from 20.000 AMD - delivery is free, otherwise, the cost depends on the price of a taxi.
4. Delivery in Armenia
We send parcels all over Armenia by HayPost, delivery time is 1-3 days. In a note to the order write the name of the recipient and the address of the nearest post office.
When ordering from 20.000 AMD - delivery is free, less then 20.000 shipping costs 1000 AMD
